Como objeto de estudo do presente artigo, tem-se o ensino jurídico brasileiro, principalmente o que diz respeito à disciplina de História do Direito e a sua presença/ausência nos currículos dos cursos de Dno Brasil. O objetivo é o de contribuir, ainda que de forma não exaustiva, para uma melhor compreensão da temática, que, muitas vezes, resta nebulosa e carece de reflexões pátrias.
