Los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales como fundamentos de la dignidad e igualdad humanas

En este artículo el autor reflexiona sobre los avances en la doctrina, en la academia, entre los actores estatales y organizaciones de la sociedad civil global respecto de los enfoques acerca de los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales (Desc), cuya importancia toma relieve a partir de la misma Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos (DUDH), al identificar un solo conjunto indivisible de derechos inalienables que se levantan sobre la base de los derechos civiles, políticos, económicos, sociales y culturales. En este sentido, la DUDH se constituye como el instrumento fundante que da cabida a los dos Tratados Internacionales de Derechos Humanos, así como los demás instrumentos regionales sobre la materia.Downloads
