Nos últimos anos, laboratórios de instituições públicas que atuam em sanidade vêm padronizando seus ensaios com a finalidade de atender à demanda internacional dos agronegócios. Esse fenômeno vem provocando mudança da cultura organizacional com vistas à melhoria da rotina, rastreabilidade e credibilidade dos resultados das análises. Contudo, o processo de implantação e implementação pode ser comprometido pelos custos relacionados a insumos e calibração dos equipamentos, bem como à falta de tempo e dedicação do pessoal especializado. Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar o processo de transição da norma ISO 9001 para a ISO/ IEC 17025 em laboratórios com o mesmo perfil de serviço. Três laboratórios foram avaliados no processo de transição. Os avanços da implantação da ISO/IEC 17025 foram comprovados pela análise documentária, contextualização, auditorias e questionário. Verificou-se que laboratórios com sistema de gestão de qualidade implantado em normas mais genéricas apresentaram mais facilidade de implantar e implementar normas técnicas.Downloads

By submitting an article to the Revista Gestão em Análise - ReGeA, the authors retain the copyright of their work and agree to license their work under a Creative Commons license.
