Existe uma lacuna a ser preenchida pelos métodos de gerenciamento de projetos de forma a facilitar sua aplicabilidade. Este artigo apresenta o TEvEP como uma metodologia de gestão de projetos que consegue contornar esta lacuna, visando contribuir para o desenvolvimento dos projetos em empresas a partir da participação de todos os envolvidos de forma lúdica e simples, proporcionando uma linguagem única dentro da empresa, fazendo que a comunicação entre todos seja fortalecida e os resultados sejam mais facilmente alcançados. Foi realizada uma entrevista semiestruturada face a face com o autor da metodologia, triangulando com dados secundários. A conclusão que este artigo atinge é que, ao pensar em um projeto, é necessário visualizá-lo antes de agir; pensar antes de executar. É perceptível a facilidade com que a equipe entende o método e executa os projetos. Deve ser simples do começo ao fim, assim como propõe o TEvEP.

By submitting an article to the Revista Gestão em Análise - ReGeA, the authors retain the copyright of their work and agree to license their work under a Creative Commons license. Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC-SA). The CC-BY-NC-SA license allows others to use the work non-commercially, provided they credit the authors. This includes the possibility of remixing, adapting, and creating new works from the original.
The authors grant ReGeA the right of first publication, recognizing it as the original publisher of the work, as this is important for the integrity of the publication and for identifying the initial source.
